MadDash

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

MadDash (“we”) provides a crypto portfolio journal. This policy describes data the mobile and web apps collect when you create an account. It is written for store listings and users; it is not legal advice.

Account

We store the email address and authentication identifiers you use to sign in (including Google if you choose that provider). Passwords are handled by our auth provider (Supabase); we do not store plaintext passwords.

Portfolio and journal data

If you connect a centralized exchange with a read-only API key, we store those credentials encrypted and sync balances, fills, and related journal data so you can view holdings, PnL, and history in the app. We do not use those keys to place trades.

Optional AI keys

If you add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI key, it is stored encrypted so the app can call those providers on your behalf. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, or exchange secrets into chat.

Device and diagnostics

The mobile app talks to our API over HTTPS. We may log technical errors (for example failed requests) to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Deletion

In the mobile app go to Menu → Settings → Delete Account. On web, use the equivalent account deletion control. Deletion removes your account and associated journal data from our systems, subject to short-lived backups.
